I’ve talked about this one before in another video on the channel, but it’s still one of my favorites. It’s a cooperative game where players work together to build an empire. The goal is to be the first player to get your civilization to 100 points, which means that everyone wins.
9) Carcassonne
Carcassonne is a tile-laying game where each player takes turns placing tiles on the table until every space is covered by a city or road. Then, players take turns adding more cities and roads. This can lead to some very interesting gameplay.

Puerto Rico is a great euro-style game that was designed by Richard Garfield. Each player starts off with a hand full of cards representing their island. Over the course of seven rounds, players will buy land from other players, add buildings, grow food, collect resources, and use those resources to buy new buildings.
7) Betrayal at House on the Hill
Betrayal at House on Hill is a cooperative game where players try to kill each other. If someone dies, the killer gets to keep everything that belongs to them. You don’t have to play this game if you’re not into horror movies, but it does make a good Halloween-themed game.
6) Exploding Kittens
Exploding kitties is a hilarious card game where players try to blow up each other. It’s a lot like war but with kittens instead of bombs.
